Paella

Paella, now we are talking Spanish food.  We made a reservation for dinner at 8:00.  We were the first people there.  They eat late.  I have no idea how they sleep after eating so much food.  I guess it is whatever you are used to.  Anyway, I have attached a couple of pictures.    The black shells are muscles.  The circles are squid.  The shrimp and crawfish like creature are served with the heads.  There are very small clam shells  (about ¾”) mixed with the rice.  Nothing was even slightly fishy.  We think it is because everything is fresh.  By the time you tear off the heads and peal the shells, there is very little meat in the shrimp and crawfish.  But the appearance is awesome.
